Biography: 

Dr Burnett was awarded her PhD in 2010 from the University of New South Wales for her research on the eye health of Australia’s Indigenous peoples. She is a Senior Research Officer for the Brien Holden Vision Institute – Public Health Division. Her current research focuses on the design and implementation of programs that investigate the quality of life of marginalised peoples, access to care, patient experience, epidemiology, and the impact of interventions.
